Such domains are not transferable to any other company, Clients or any other Service Providers and Zap Marketing holds the full ownership Rights. Here concept is value.
- For all Industry specified, Keyword based, location based and Location and keyword based Domain, Clients can request for ownership rights and can also change the service to some other services provider by after paying the value of the domain and the website. (will be fixed by Zap Marketing By after calculating the PR Rate and the traffic)
- Clients can possess the Industryspecified, Keyword based, location based and Location and keyword based Domains till they or ready to renewe the such services. and there will be no interruption till the period expires.
- Renewal amount or fixed by Zap Marketing. Continuing or dicontinuing the service is clients Own interest.
Concept Policy
- All concepts developed by Zap Marketing are intellectual property of Zap Marketing. Any one can buy our concepts and take the ownership price for the Concept will be fixed by Zap Marketing
Return Policy
- Money Payed for the domain Registration and Web Hosting will not be returned at any cost.
- If the project is droped or the client wishes to stop the work (Before Hosting or Completion of the project) part of the money which is equal to the work done will be didected and will return the balance amount.
- The full amount will be returned if work is not been intiated.
Maintenance policy
- All Website will be comming with 5 man hours of AMC at free of cast (For the First Year only) anthing above that will be charged Rs. 750 Per Man hours.
- AMC agreements can be made and Zap Marketing will fully delever its services till the aggreed period of the time
